PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
Our Production Department is committed to provide you with a modern and streamlined production facility dedicated to the production of innovative and natural personal care products.
Designed to suit both low and high volumes, our Production Department has the ability to increase production capacity as and when required, without delay, to ensure the smooth and continuous flow of production. All manufacturing is strictly monitored in order to guarantee the availability and continuity of products worldwide.
We are able to accommodate both hot and cold mixing processes in addition to variations in formulations and all production lines are equipped with semi-automatic fillers, cappers and sealers. Bottles and jars are filled and capped, while tubes are filled and sealed using heated and ultra-sonic equipment. After which, products undergo the labeling process and once labeled, products are batch coded and dated using advanced inkjet and laser coders.
Our state of the art production facility ensures that all personal care cosmetic products are manufactured in strict accordance with all recognized industry standards. We have been awarded ISO 9001:2008 is the latest version of the Quality Management Standard that helps organizations achieve standards of quality that are recognized and accepted throughout the world. ISO 14001:2004 which is an Environmental Management Standard, whose purpose is to ensure that manufacturing is conducted while protecting the environment, preventing pollution and improving overall environmental performance. ISO 22716:2007 which replaces the former GMP (Good Manufacturing Certificate) and gives specific guidelines for the production, control, storage and shipment of cosmetic products and Global Mineral DSD– Good Quality Mark awarded for excellence in the manufacture of cosmetic products.
ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS
We use only choice natural ingredients in our products, such as plant extracts, essential oils and vitamins that are selected for their naturally curative, soothing, moisturizing and aromatherapy properties.
- ALGAE (Seaweed) – Anti-Oxidant. Protects against Free Radicals. Anti-Aging.
- ALOE VERA – Anti-Aging. Soothing. Healing.
- AVOCADO OIL –Anti-Bacterial. Soothing Attributed to mobilizing and increasing collagen of connective tissue. Effective in treatment of minor skin conditions. Contains high concentrations of vitamins A, D & E.
- BEESWAX – anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antioxidant, anti-bactericidal, germicidal, skin softening & elasticity enhancing properties.
- BERGAMOT OIL – Refreshing & cooling properties. Useful in treatment of problematic skin conditions.
- BORAGE SEED OIL – Contains potassium & calcium & mineral acids. Anti-inflammatory, beneficial for sensitive skin and allergic reactions.
- CALENDULA OIL – Antioxidant. Useful in treatment of problematic skin disorders. Soothing and useful in wound healing.
- CARROT EXTRACT – Deep cleansing properties. Rich in Carotene. Useful in the treatment of problematic skin conditions.
- CHAMOMILE – A capillary wall constrictor, anti-allergenic agent, antiseptic, cooling, analgesic & healing. Good treatment for burns & skin inflammations. Emollient properties – good for use with acne, dry or supersensitive skin.
- CITRIC ACID – Brighten skin. Treat Acne. Correct dark spots & fine lines. Slough off dead skin cells. Aid skin cell regeneration. Even skin tone & texture.
- COCOA SEED BUTTER – Natural anti-oxidant. Softens and lubricates the skin.
- COLLAGEN – Important ingredient that forms the structural basis for all cells, tissues and organs. Anti-Aging.
- CUCUMBER – Emollient. Excellent regenerative properties.
- DUNALIELLA SALINA EXTRACT – Rare Algae. Packed with health promotion nutrients. Contains high percentage of beta carotene.

- GERANIUM MACULATUM (GERANIUM) EXTRACT – Emollient, skin firming properties.
- GINKGO BILOBA – Anti-inflammatory, increases collagen production, repairs and treats sun damage, prevents UVA & UVB sun damage.

- GRAPE SEED OIL – Has moisturizing & nourishing properties due to its high natural linoleum acid content. Counter-irritant, with soothing & anti-bacterial properties.
- GREEN TEA – Moisture retention properties.
- JOJOBA OIL – Moisturizer & Emollient. Reduces moisture loss from skin.
- LAVENDER OIL – Anti-allergenic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anti-bacterial, antispasmodic, balancing, energizing, soothing and healing. Useful in treatment of problematic skin conditions and burns. Stimulates cellular growth and regeneration.
- LICORICE ROOT EXTRACT – Anti-inflammatory, astringent, anti-microbial, free-radical scavenger, UV absorption, helps reduce appearance of skin discoloration. Soothes dry, irritated skin. Anti-bacterial. Can be used in treatment of problematic skin conditions.
- MISTLETOE EXTRACT – Anti-inflammatory.
- MYTLE OIL – Anti-allergenic. Astringent.
- OLIVE OIL – Carrier oil (especially for essential oils). Excellent lubricity. Known for stimulating the synthesis of substances such as collagen and Elastin.
- PAPAYA EXTRACT – Healing. Anti-aging. Anti-oxidant, Contains Peptin enzyme.
- PEACH KERNEL OIL – Carrier Oil. Anti-oxidant.
- PEARL POWDER – Originating in Ancient China, the use of pearls (in medicinal and cosmetic use) can be traced back over two thousand years. Pearls contain a high content of proteins, amino acids, trace elements and minerals. Vital elements for maintaining skin cells and structure.
- PEPPERMINT OIL – Aromatherapy properties: refreshing, stimulating, enhances well-being of respiratory and digestive systems.
- POMEGRANATE – Anti-Aging. Healing properties. Aids in treatment of problematic skin.

- ROSEMARY FLOWER OIL – Astringent, toning, stimulating, deodorant, antiseptic, anti-bacterial properties. Helps improve blood circulation, aiding in skin regeneration. Beneficial for problematic skin conditions.
- SEA BUCKTHORN OIL – Useful in treatment of problematic skin conditions. High vitamin E content. Anti-Oxidant. Can reduce the formation of UV-B induced toxin produced in skin cells.

- SHEA BUTTER – Protects the skin from dehydration and other climatic influences. Restores skin suppleness, increases moisture and can improve appearance of dry, irritated skin.
- SOAPWORT (SAPONARIA OFFICALIS) – Known for effectively treating variety of skin complaints (eczema, psoriasis, acne). Anti-inflammatory. Softens & smoothes skin.
- SUNFLOWER SEED OIL – Anti-oxidant. Carrier Oil.
- SWEET ALMOND OIL – Anti-oxidant. Rich source of Vitamin E. Emollient with soothing properties.
- TAMARINDUS INDICA SEED GUM – Skin conditioning agent.
- TEA SEED EXTRACT – Emollient. Helpful in the treatment of Acne. Smoothes wrinkles & stretch marks. Aids in scar healing.
- TEA TREE OIL – Natural preservative. Antiseptic, germicidal and expectorant properties. Anti-microbial to a wide array of bacteria to promote healing. Useful in treatment of problematic skin.
- VANILLA EXTRACT – Healing properties.
- VERBENA LEAF EXTRACT – Antiseptic properties. Reduces inflammation/swelling. Tones Skin. Stimulates skin cell activity.
- VESPERTINE FLOWER EXTRACT – Anti-bacterial and Anti-inflammatory.
- VITAMIN A – Keratinization regulator. Improves skin’s texture, firmness and smoothness. Vitamin A esters (once absorbed into the skin) convert to retinoic acid and provide anti-aging benefits. Vital for generation and function of skin cells. Prevents dry skin.
